Our PromiseIf you are not satisfied with the quality of your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours of the service.We will offer one of the following solutions based on the situation:A re-clean of the affected areas, free of charge.A partial refund.A credit toward a future service.βοΈ LimitationsThe Service Guarantee applies only to the areas and tasks listed in your confirmed booking.The guarantee does not apply if:Dissatisfaction is reported more than 24 hours after the cleaning.Service quality was impacted by client-imposed limitations (e.g., inaccessible areas, limited cleaning time).The property was in a condition exceeding standard cleaning expectations without prior disclosure (e.g., hoarding, biohazard risks).π¬ Submitting a ConcernContact us within 24 hours by email at [email protected] or by phone at (706) 566-5586.Include your booking details, a description of the issue, and photos if possible to help us assess the situation quickly.

We are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. Our cleaners are expected to meet EverTidy's standards for thoroughness, professionalism, and courtesy during every appointment.π‘ Respect for Property
We treat every home and business with the same care and respect as we would our own. Clients are expected to provide safe, respectful environments for our cleaners to perform their services.πͺ Right to Refuse Service
EverTidy Cleaning Co. reserves the right to refuse service if a location is deemed unsafe, unsanitary beyond normal cleaning needs, or if any behavior from the client or household members creates an unsafe or uncomfortable environment for our cleaners.π
Scheduling and Access
Clients are responsible for ensuring that cleaners have proper access to the property at the scheduled time. Missed appointments due to access issues may be subject to fees (outlined in our Payment & Refund Policies).πΎ Pets
We love pets! However, for the safety of both pets and cleaners, we kindly ask that all pets are secured or safely managed during cleanings. Extra fees may apply for pet hair or odor removal, depending on the condition of the home.π¬ Open Communication
We encourage open and respectful communication between clients, EverTidy, and our contractors. If issues arise, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible so we can make it right.π Privacy and Trust
All client information is kept confidential. Cleaners are expected to maintain the highest standards of privacy and professionalism at all times.

Contractor Policies:

At EverTidy Cleaning Co., we work with independent contractors who share our commitment to quality, respect, and professionalism. These policies are in place to protect our contractors, our clients, and the reputation we build together.π Independent Contractor Status
All cleaners are classified as independent contractors (1099), not employees. Contractors are responsible for managing their own taxes, insurance, and legal obligations.π§Ή Service Standards
Contractors are expected to:Complete all jobs thoroughly and professionally, following EverTidy's cleaning checklist and client instructions.Maintain a clean and neat appearance while working.Be polite, respectful, and professional with every client.β° Punctuality
Contractors are expected to arrive on time for every scheduled job. If running late by more than 10 minutes, contractors must notify EverTidy and/or the client immediately.π« Right to Refuse Unsafe Conditions
Contractors have the right to refuse a job if they feel unsafe or if the condition of the property exceeds normal cleaning expectations (e.g., biohazard, extreme hoarding, aggressive pets). Contractors must inform EverTidy immediately if this occurs.π Communication
Contractors must maintain timely communication with EverTidy regarding schedule changes, issues at the job site, or client concerns. Contractors must respond to messages and calls within a reasonable timeframe.π οΈ Supplies
Contractors are responsible for providing their own cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise arranged.π΅ Payment
Contractors are paid based on a 60/40 split of the clientβs job price (with EverTidy retaining 40%), plus applicable bonuses for 5-star client ratings. Payment terms and schedules are outlined separately in the Payment Policy.β 5-Star Bonus
Contractors receive a 10% bonus on the jobβs price for every confirmed 5-star client review.π§Ύ Reporting Problems
If a client is dissatisfied or there are any issues completing a job, contractors must report it immediately so EverTidy can assist in resolving the situation.
π₯ EverTidy Cleaning Co. β Recording and Equipment Policy
At EverTidy Cleaning Co., the safety of our clients, contractors, and company reputation is a top priority. To support this, we require contractors to record their cleaning sessions unless otherwise instructed. Hereβs how it works:π¬ Job Recording Requirement
Contractors are required to wear a provided recording device (such as a GoPro or body camera) during each cleaning appointment, unless the client has opted out of recording.The recording must begin prior to entering the property and remain active until the contractor exits the property at the end of the cleaning.Recording must capture the full cleaning process and interaction areas inside the clientβs property (excluding private areas like inside drawers or personal belongings unless specifically part of the cleaning).π‘ Client Consent
Clients are given the choice to opt in or opt out of recording during the booking process.If a client opts out, the contractor is not required to record that job and must note it clearly in job notes.ποΈ Video Storage and Review
Contractors are responsible for securely storing job recordings for a minimum of 30 days.EverTidy Cleaning Co. reserves the right to request access to recordings at any time within the 30-day period for quality review, client concerns, or internal auditing.Contractors may be subject to random review of 1β3 jobs per month.π Trust System
After successful completion of 30 jobs or 3 months without incidents or complaints, contractors may graduate to βTrusted Status.βTrusted contractors are no longer required to record every job, unless specifically requested by the client or EverTidy Cleaning Co.π¦ Equipment Deposit
Contractors will be issued a recording device upon joining, subject to a $50 equipment deposit.This deposit will be deducted from the contractor's first payment(s) and will be refunded upon the safe return of the equipment if/when the contractor ceases working with EverTidy.Lost, stolen, or damaged equipment may result in forfeiture of the deposit and/or additional charges if necessary.

Team Policies:

At EverTidy Cleaning Co., we allow cleaners to bring helpers or operate as a team under the following conditions:π Team Registration
The individual who applies with EverTidy is considered the Team Lead.The Team Lead is the only party we directly contract with and communicate with.All team members (even if only occasional) must be registered with us by providing:Full legal namePhone numberEmail address (if available)Team Leads are responsible for keeping team member information up-to-date if helpers change.π΅ Payment and Responsibility
EverTidy only pays the Team Lead for completed jobs.It is the Team Lead's sole responsibility to distribute payment among team members, if applicable.EverTidy does not contract, pay, or manage any team member other than the Team Lead.Any disputes regarding payment among team members must be handled internally by the Team Lead.π¨ Expectations and Standards
All team members must follow EverTidyβs quality, conduct, and customer service standards.The Team Lead is accountable for the actions, performance, and behavior of their team members.Poor performance, complaints, or violations by any team member can affect the standing of the entire team (including the Team Lead).β οΈ Important Notes
Helpers must be physically able to perform the work safely and professionally.EverTidy reserves the right to remove a team member or request updates if concerns arise.Unauthorized or unregistered team members are not allowed to accompany the Team Lead on jobs.

Payment Policies:

At EverTidy Cleaning Co., we believe in clear, simple, and fast payments to keep our clients and contractors happy. Here's how we handle payments:π§Ύ Booking DepositWhen a client submits a booking request, they are invoiced for a 10% deposit based on the calculated total (before any on-site add-ons).The deposit must be paid to begin the booking process and secure a cleaner.The deposit is non-refundable unless EverTidy cannot fulfill the requested service.π³ Full PaymentClients will be invoiced for the remaining 90% of the total (plus any selected add-ons) after the cleaning service has been completed.Payment is not required upfront beyond the initial deposit.The final invoice will be sent once the service is finished.β Add-On ChargesAdditional services or on-site discoveries (like heavy soil or extra rooms) will be invoiced separately after the job.Clients must pay any additional invoices within 24 hours.β³ Late PaymentsFailure to pay the full amount before the cleaning date may result in cancellation, forfeiture of the deposit, and reassignment of the cleaner.πΌ Contractor Payments
π΅ Pay StructureContractors are paid 60% of the total job price.A 10% bonus is awarded for every job that receives a confirmed 5-star client review.β±οΈ Payment TimingContractors are paid same day after job completion and confirmation.Jobs must be confirmed complete with any required notes, photos, or recording verification before payment.π¦ Payment MethodsContractors can choose to receive payment via Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or direct deposit.Accurate payment information must be provided during onboarding.π₯ Equipment DepositContractors issued recording equipment will have a $50 deposit deducted from their first payment(s).The deposit is fully refundable upon return of the equipment in good condition.π Additional Notes
π« No Cash PaymentsFor security and tracking purposes, EverTidy does not accept or issue cash payments for client transactions.βοΈ Chargebacks or DisputesIn case of a payment dispute, EverTidy will investigate. If contractor negligence is found, payment may be withheld until resolution.π Tips100% of client-provided tips are passed directly to the contractor along with their same-day payment.

At EverTidy Cleaning Co., we aim to be flexible and fair while respecting the time of both our clients and our contractors. Here's how we handle refunds and cancellations:π΅ Booking DepositsThe 10% deposit is non-refundable unless EverTidy is unable to fulfill the service.If a client cancels after paying the deposit but before full payment, the deposit is retained to cover administrative costs.π³ Full PaymentsIf cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before the appointment, clients are eligible for a 90% refund (10% kept for processing).If cancellation occurs within 24 hours, no refund will be issued.π§ Dissatisfaction with ServiceClients must notify us within 24 hours of job completion if dissatisfied.We may offer a re-clean, a partial refund, or a credit toward future service at EverTidy's discretion.Dissatisfaction refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.π
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies
β Client CancellationsClients must cancel at least 24 hours before their appointment to avoid penalty.Cancellations within 24 hours result in forfeiture of all payments made.π§Ή Cleaner CancellationsIf a cleaner cancels, EverTidy will attempt immediate reassignment.If a replacement cannot be found, the client will receive a full refund (including the deposit).π ReschedulingClients may reschedule up to 24 hours before their appointment with no penalty.Rescheduling within 24 hours may result in a $25 rescheduling fee.
